Using Your Physiology, Focus and Language to access your Temple State

Take some time out to really explore the horizon of what you want to create for yourself. Imagine yourself in your most ideal state, circumstances, relationships, work, health. Let the dream get as detailed as you can possibly get. Write it down and let it flow. I’ll give some facilitating questions below if you need them. 

Physical level BODY: Looking at this future version of your self, ask, what do I feel in my body? How am I holding myself? What expression do I have on my face? What is my Physiology? Mimic this as you imagine it. Move your body into this form and feel your state change. Write down every detail of this body movement. 

Mind / Focus: What does this idealized self focus on? Where is your mind? What are you paying attention to? Write down what you have your flashlight on in this idealized temple state.

Meaning / Mythic: What is the language you are using when you feel this state? What do you tell yourself? What meanings do you put significance on? What are your new temple truths?  Write down the key phrases that will be your new temple language. 

NOW NAME YOUR TEMPLE: Bring your physiology, focus, and meaning together to create a temple state in the present moment and allow a temple name to surface. Once the name comes to you, do a very specific repeatable movement that will act as a trigger for entering this temple. 

Create a mandala to solidify your temple name and trifecta. Ritualize this into a daily practice that is sustainable for you, using any of the tools that were mentioned in the outline above. Share your mandala and trifecta in the facebook group.
