A bit of context: First we became aware of what is actually real in our lives, next we allowed our feelings to arise as we reflected on our needs and how we have been meeting them, now we take a look at the beliefs we perceive life through and how these were created. Our current beliefs have gotten us to where we are now, so we honor and have gratitude for the version of ourself who adopted our current belief structure, but we also recognize that some of our beliefs hold us from experiencing life even more extraordinarily than we do. How do we discern which ones and what they are? How do we shift them?
