What am I believing?
Where did this belief come from?
In the past, how did this belief protect and serve me, get my needs met, or give me gifts or lessons?
What belief or story do I have to be right about? What conditions am I able to manifest to be right about this story?
What is the cost of being right about this?
How does my current life support this belief?
Is this belief still serving me?
Can I change what I believe?
How will I know this belief has changed? What will I have to see?
Is there something deeper here for me to investigate?

The Foundation Stones of your house
Once you have identified some foundational beliefs you have built your life upon, begin to draw them in as foundation stones to your house. Take your house worksheets out and recognize that we have gone from the external view, to the layout and rooms of the house, and now we are getting the foundation blocks you have built your house on. These foundations blocks are your beliefs, ranging from surface conscious to deep subconscious. As you identify your belief structures, write them into the blocks below your house. Try not to judge your current beliefs. They have served you well up to this point and may still. Use the drawing below as an example of foundational blocks, but please feel free to draw your blocks however creatively feels best.
