Get Emotional
Reflect and journal about how you are currently meeting your needs and how you developed this behavior. Do you feel empowered meeting each need? Which needs feel easy to meet and which are more challenging? What need feel most important for you to meet, above others? Can you remember a time in your life where it felt amazing to have this need met and fulfilled? Spend some time allowing these awarenesses to arise and be sure to journal about your findings.
Using the house frame -Rooms of your house
Look at the house drawings/ worksheets from week 1
-Create 6 – 12 rooms inside of your house and assign them the values you have become aware of. Some examples of values:
Self Identity, Personal needs, stability, parenting, Learning, self care/ health, creativity, practical stuff/ money, relationships, intimacy, travel, higher calling/ passion, group activities, sex, love, leadership, spirituality, etc.
-What do you have going on in each room right now?
-What do you wish you had more of? Less of?
-Are there any rooms you would like to add on to or demolish and remodel?
-What rooms have the most weight? What rooms seem empty?
