Cleanse

The following are core principles to incorporate into your daily routine in order to live a cleansing lifestyle.  Over achievers can do all of them.  The more you do, the better the result you will experience.  If needed, start with one or two so that you build momentum then add the rest.  If you have questions or need further guidance in this area please reach out and get help.

Principles:

Oxygen = Energy

Energy is created at the cellular level 

To have high levels of energy, cells need to eliminate waste. 

When we have low energy, elimination is slowed and toxins build up.  

Digestion takes the most energy of any bodily function.

When alkalizing and cleansing we think clearly, experience higher emotional states and have less pain.

Stimulate lymphatic flow by rebounding, dry skin brushing, aerobic movement, and deep diaphragm breath.  

Pick a few (ideally all) of these practices to start implement:

  1. Eat nothing past 7pm. (or at least 3-4 hours before bed) 

  2. Drink 40oz/1Litre of water within 30 minutes of waking.

  3. Alkalize your water with an alkaline filter.

  4. Structure your water with ‘Green Drink’, ‘Phour Salts’, ‘Puriphy drops’ from phmlife.com   (All 3 products are in the ‘Always Alkaline PRO’ bundle pack.)

  5. Stretch for 10-20 minutes after waking.

  6. Move aerobically (with oxygen) for 20-30 minutes.  Remember the talk test.  

  7. Breathe 5 rounds of 1-4-2 breath before each meal.

  8. Drink 15-20oz/0.5L of structured green alkaline water before meals. 

  9. pH testing strips from local drugstore or amazon and test yourself twice daily

  10. Eat 70% live natural water content food - 30% concentrated foods 

  11. Properly combine food.  Don’t mix protein and carbohydrates in the same meal.  Fruit combines with nothing else.  Eat fruit all by itself.

  12. 3-day Liquid Cleanse.  Buy a targeted detox product (7-10 day) or juice and liquify vegetables in a blender.

  13. Do not indulge in acidic emotions. Take charge and direct your mind.

  14. Structural alignment weekly or monthly. (yoga/chiropractic/massage, etc.)

  15. Surround yourself with a support system of peers and/or loved ones.

Avoid:

  1. Processed Sugar 

  2. Excess Caffeine & Alcohol

  3. Excess & Processed Fats and Oils

  4. Animal Flesh

  5. Dairy Products

Alkalizing and High water content foods:

Fruit, Avocado, Cucumber, Tomato, Lemon, Lime, Broccoli, Sprouts, Spinach, Celery, Parsley, Cabbage, Collard greens, Okra, Kale, Lemongrass, Wheatgrass, Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews.
